  • Refund of 70% of remaining balance
  • Client receives all completed work and source code
  • Refund processed within 10 business days

Near Completion (51-90% completion):

  • Refund of 30% of remaining balance
  • Client receives all completed work and source code
  • Refund processed within 15 business days

After Project Completion (91-100% completion):

  • No refunds for completed projects
  • Bug fixes covered under warranty period
  • Enhancement requests subject to new project terms

Cloud & DevOps Services

Monthly/Annual Subscriptions:

  • Pro-rated refund for unused service period
  • Refund processed within 7 business days
  • Data migration assistance provided at no extra cost

One-time Setup Services:

  • Refund based on work completed and infrastructure costs
  • Client retains access to configured resources
  • Refund processed within 10 business days

Security & Compliance Services

Security Audits:

  • Full refund if audit not started
  • 50% refund if audit in progress but not completed
  • No refund for completed audits (client receives full report)

Compliance Consulting:

  • Refund based on consultation hours used
  • Client receives all documentation and recommendations
  • Refund processed within 10 business days

Managed IT Support

Monthly Support Contracts:

  • Pro-rated refund for unused support period
  • Refund processed within 7 business days
  • Support documentation provided to client

Emergency Support:

  • No refunds for emergency support services
  • Issues resolved as per service level agreement

Cancellation Procedures

Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may cancel services by:

  • Submitting written notice to contact@rahienterprises.shop
  • Providing 30 days notice for ongoing services
  • Completing any outstanding deliverables or payments
  • Returning any company property or confidential information

Company-Initiated Cancellation

We may cancel services if:

  • Client fails to pay invoices within 30 days of due date
  • Client breaches confidentiality or security requirements
  • Client engages in illegal or unethical activities
  • Client fails to provide necessary cooperation

Refund Eligibility Criteria

Eligible for Refund

  • Services not delivered as per agreed specifications
  • Significant delays caused by our team (beyond agreed timeline)
  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved within reasonable time
  • Client cancellation within specified timeframes
  • Force majeure events preventing service delivery

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after project completion
  • Client's failure to provide required information or resources
  • Client's breach of contract terms
  • Third-party service failures beyond our control
  • Services delivered as per agreed specifications
  • Custom development work completed and delivered

Refund Process

  2. Review Period: We review the request within 3-5 business days
  3. Assessment: We assess work completed, expenses incurred, and refund eligibility
  4. Approval/Denial: We notify you of the decision and refund amount (if approved)
  5. Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7-15 business days
  6. Confirmation: You receive confirmation of refund processing

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:
