Service Terms

All projects will be defined in a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) that includes:

Project objectives and deliverables
Timeline and milestones
Pricing and payment terms
Technical specifications and requirements
Change management procedures

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete project requirements
Timely provision of necessary information and resources
Review and approval of deliverables within agreed timeframes
Payment of invoices according to agreed terms
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in the SOW:

Client retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property
RAHI ENTERPRISES retains ownership of proprietary tools and methodologies
Custom-developed solutions become client property upon full payment
Third-party software licenses remain subject to their respective terms

Pricing and Payment

Pricing Structure

Our pricing is based on:

Project complexity and scope
Required expertise and resources
Timeline and urgency
Ongoing support requirements

Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be specified in each SOW
Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed
Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
We accept bank transfers, UPI, and other agreed payment methods

Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed:

In a professional and workmanlike manner
In accordance with industry best practices
Using qualified personnel and appropriate tools
In compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for third-party actions or system failures
Clients must maintain appropriate backups of their data

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

Business information and trade secrets
Technical specifications and methodologies
Client data and personal information
Proprietary software and intellectual property

This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting client data and comply with applicable data protection laws. Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Termination

Termination by Client

Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

Termination by RAHI ENTERPRISES

We may terminate services immediately if:

Client fails to pay invoices within 30 days of due date
Client breaches confidentiality or security requirements
Client engages in illegal or unethical activities
Client fails to provide necessary cooperation or resources

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

Good faith negotiations between the parties
Mediation if negotiations fail
Arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan, if mediation fails
Governing law: Indian law

Website Usage Terms

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website to:
